Lisa Haberling MSW, LICSW
I am a LICSW who provides counseling services to adults experiencing a wide range of life changes, stressors, and ongoing mental health issues. I am also licensed to provide supervision to other therapists. I love the work I do and consider it a privilege to meet people where they are and work toward the goals they have identified for themselves. I work exclusively with voluntary clients, as the therapeutic process is personal, and people know what is right for them and when the right time is to embark on this journey. I have been in the mental health field in Duluth for 15 years. I utilize multiple modalities during the therapeutic process, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, and Supportive. I always use a person-centered, strength-based approach as I recognize that each individual is unique and knows what they need and what is best for them. I believe that constant learning is essential in this field, and I continually strive to understand the human experience, cultural differences, and the social justice issues that impact the clients I serve. I believe the therapeutic relationship is sacred and strive in each session to strengthen this and provide clients with individualized sessions centered on them and their unique needs and experiences. I have experience assisting clients with PTSD, Depression, Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, change-of-life issues, Adjustment Disorders, grief, and issues related to gender and sexuality. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our adult children, grandchildren, friends, dogs, and chickens. I enjoy any time by the lake, kayaking, camping, traveling, and music events. I have traveled within and outside the U.S., and this has provided me with skills, knowledge, and understanding of culture and cultural differences.

Billie Tracy MSW, LGSW In my professional practice, with adults and young adults, I work to provide clients with an environment where they can rediscover their voices and restore their personal power. When we use our unique voice, we can confidently create and carry out unique solutions to our problems. I make it a priority to provide a non-judgmental space for clients to be open and feel supported. I realize therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach, and I will work with you to help you build practical skills. I will teach you about boundaries and the importance of honoring those for oneself and others. I utilize multiple modalities during the therapeutic process, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, and Supportive. I always use a person-centered, strength-based approach as I recognize that each individual is unique and knows what they need and what is best for them. I aim to create a space where clients can be met with compassion by themselves and by me. My ultimate goal is to build strong therapeutic relationships so that my clients can freely express their most authentic selves without fear of judgment. I graduated from the College of St. Scholastica with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and a Master of Social Work. I am also a military combat veteran with over ten years of active duty service. Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, reading, and spending time with my family.
